About The Role

We are looking for a self-motivated, reliable individual for an admin support/coordinator role within our growing environmental consultancy team. The candidate will be working alongside our existing Environmental Consultancy providing them with a range of administrative and project management support.

Key responsibilities will include being the first point of contact for client enquiries, answering telephone calls and deploying them effectively to relevant members of the consultancy team as well as project management of the full team’s project schedules.

The candidate will also be responsible for initiating projects, accurately recording sales figures and issuing invoices on completion of each project. The candidate will also be responsible for supporting the consultancy team by providing accurate proof reading, liaising with external agencies and subcontractors via phone and e-mail in order to obtain relevant data and work.

There are often opportunities to work with the wider Ambiental team in large event management, process development and marketing.

Candidate Requirements

The position will suit a strong team player who is capable of independent and innovative thinking in a challenging, fast paced environment. The right candidate must have a proven administration background and will be a confident communicator with excellent telephone and email manner. You will have excellent organizational skills, and good personal workload management, be able to multitask, work to deadlines and follow processes.
